BLOOD PROTEIN
Functional protein products made from porcine / bovine blood.
All of these ingredients are 100% natural and GMO-free. Dried blood products have a much longer shelf life, are easier to transport, and are microbiologically safer than fresh blood.
The different proteins are separated through fractionation of fresh blood before being spray-dried for freshness and shelf-life.
There are various applications and functions depending on the proteins chosen. We are able to supply:
- Haemoglobin powder for a natural meaty flavouring.
- Colourant a natural colouring for meat products.
- Globin powder for prevention of water and fat separation.
