Sodium Lactate Approved in Minced Meats

The recent update to European directive 95/2/EC means that sodium lactate has been approved for use in fresh minced meats within the EU.

Citric Acid has been REACH Registered

Citric acid and trisodium citrate have been fully registered under the REACH regulations. The process was completed on 1st December 2010.
